YZXQ :: MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing
Production lines, CNC machining, grinding, assembly, inspection, warehousing and export packing — a walk through the capabilities behind every YZXQ shipment.

Stage 01
Production Lines
Dedicated production lines run each product family — bushing cylinders, shafts, support housings and guide components flow through standardized routing with process sheets at every station. Line layouts are arranged for small-batch flexibility: standard models run continuously for stock while custom orders slot in without disturbing lead times.
- Dedicated lines per product family
- Standard models run for stock
- Custom orders scheduled alongside
- Process sheets at every station

Stage 02
CNC Machining
Turning, milling, drilling and tapping on CNC equipment gives YZXQ in-house control of every machined feature — from shaft journals and flange drilling to complete drawing-based custom parts. Fixtures and programs are archived per customer part number, so repeat orders machine identically.
- Turning, milling, drilling, tapping
- Drawing-based custom machining
- Archived fixtures and programs
- Prototype to production volumes

Stage 03
Grinding & Processing
Grinding defines the working surfaces of every linear motion component. Raceway tracks, shaft outer diameters and guide surfaces are ground and superfinished to controlled roughness, with grinding parameters recorded per batch — the difference you feel when a block glides without a hint of notchiness.
- Cylindrical and surface grinding
- Controlled roughness finishes
- Parameters recorded per batch
- Superfinishing for raceways

Stage 04
Assembly Processes
Bushings are assembled with matched balls and retainers; blocks are fitted to rails and checked for travel smoothness; ball screw nuts are matched and backlash-checked. Multi-component kits and modules are assembled and function-tested as complete units before packing.
- Matched balls and retainers
- Block-rail travel checks
- Backlash-checked screw sets
- Function-tested modules

Stage 05
Quality Inspection
Inspection is embedded in the routing, not bolted on at the end: raw material verification, in-process dimensional checks, hardness testing, precision measurement of ground surfaces and a final inspection of critical dimensions on every batch before any item reaches the warehouse.
- Raw material verification
- In-process dimensional checks
- Hardness and precision testing
- Batch final inspection of critical dimensions

Stage 06
Warehouse & Inventory
Standard LM bushings, shafts, supports, rail sections and screw sets are held in inventory for fast dispatch. Stock positions are reviewed weekly against distributor forecasts, and blanket-order customers hold reserved quantities against call-off schedules.
- Stocked standard models
- Weekly stock review vs. forecasts
- Reserved stock for blanket orders
- Fast dispatch for repeat items

Stage 07
Packaging & Shipping
Ground surfaces receive rust-preventive oil and VCI film; long shafts and screws ship in rigid tubes or full-length supports; cartons are consolidated onto fumigation-free pallets or into plywood cases. Sea, air and courier shipments leave with complete commercial documentation prepared in-house.
- VCI rust protection on all ground surfaces
- Rigid packing for long items
- Fumigation-free export pallets
- Sea, air and courier dispatch
