How YZXQ Packs and Ships Precision Components Worldwide

A precision-ground shaft that leaves the factory perfect and arrives rusty is a failed delivery. Export packaging for linear motion components is engineering, not an afterthought — here is how YZXQ prepares shipments for weeks at sea and handling across multiple borders.

Layered protection for ground surfaces

Ground and chrome surfaces are coated with rust-preventive oil, wrapped in VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor) film, and isolated in individual sleeves or compartments so metal never contacts metal in transit. Rails and shafts are supported along their length to prevent bending; ball screws ship in rigid tubes.

  • Rust-preventive oil + VCI film on all ground surfaces
  • Individual compartment packing for bearings and blocks
  • Rigid tube or full-length support for long shafts and screws
  • Export cartons, then fumigation-free plywood pallets or cases

Routes and terms

We ship by courier for samples and urgent spares, by air for time-sensitive production parts, and by sea for volume orders — FOB, CIF or EXW as your purchasing process requires. Consolidated shipments mixing bearings, rails, shafts and screws under one bill of lading are our daily routine.

Planning a first order? Ask for our packing specification and a freight estimate with your inquiry — we quote product and logistics together so landed cost is clear before you commit.
